One of the government’s few jobs listed in the constitution is to protect the nation from invasion. Yet Obama met with invaders this week in fact he welcomed them. This is grounds for impeachment. His administration has published edicts saying not to enforce the laws. Only congress can make that decision. This amnesty is illegal. Obama is illegal. He should be impeached then tried for treason.

If an American shoots and kills Mexican invaders for invading his country can he be tried and convicted for murder? Isn’t it legal to defend your nation when the government refuses to?

President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden met in the Oval Office on Tuesday with three people who are in the country in violation of U.S. immigration laws but who have received “deferred action” allowing them to stay in the country under the terms of a “memorandum” issued unilaterally last year by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano.

While conceding that she had no legal authority to change the “immigration status” of illegal aliens or provide them with a “pathway to citizenship,” Napolitano instructed the top officials at Customs and Border Protection, Citizenship and Immigration Services, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement to use what she called “prosecutorial discretion” in not enforcing the immigration laws against certain classes of immigration lawbreakers.

These included illegal aliens who arrived in the United States before their sixteenth birthday, had graduated from high school or served in the military, had not been convicted of “significant” or “multiple” misdemeanors, and had not yet turned thirty.

In all, Obama and Biden met on Tuesday with eight people who are advocating immigration reform, according to White House readout of the meeting. The White House readout listed three of those as having received “deferred action.” Most others were legally in the United States with relatives who were illegal aliens.

On Tuesday, the Senate Judiciary Committee sent an immigration bill to the full Senate. It includes what its supporters call a “pathway to citizenship,” and what its opponents call “amnesty.”

The White House listed the following people as having participated:

- “Angie Kim. Angie is a South Korean immigrant who resides in New York, New York; she received deferred action.”

- “Kevin Lee. Kevin is a South Korean immigrant who received deferred action. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California. Both of his parents are undocumented.”

- “Justino Mora. Justino received deferred action; he currently resides in Los Angeles, California.”

- “Diana Colin. Diana is a legal permanent resident who currently resides in Los Angeles, California. One of her brothers received deferred action.”

Bob Dane, spokesman for the Federation of Americans for Immigration Reform, said this shows disrespect for the law from the president who swore to uphold the laws of the United States.

“It’s staged to reinforce the one message that for this president is unambiguous–violating immigration laws now, in and of themselves, is just entirely inconsequential,” Dane told CNSNews.com.

“The laws will not be enforced, and the public just needs to get used to it. Illegal aliens are here. They’re proud. They’re not going anywhere, and they can sit and stand anywhere they want, including the United States Capitol and the White House, and this president will bend the laws to suit their circumstances, and his political needs, with no regard whatsoever for American workers and taxpayers,” he added.

The woman was identified as Medea Benjamin from the anti-war group Code Pink. Benjamin yelled from behind a bank of cameras before security removed her from the hall at National Defense University in Washington.

Obama said at one point he was willing to “cut the young lady some slack” because the issues he was addressing are worth being passionate about.

Benjamin shouted, quote, “86 were cleared already. Release them today!”

That appears to be a reference to detainees who remain in Cuba despite being cleared for transfer from the facility.

Obama’s goal is to use Gitmo to pressure congress to approve Military Tribunal trials for Americans in America. This is end game stuff, end of the republic and the ushering in of endless tyranny. Yet Obama can say it with a smile. That’s truly scary.

The Soldier Basin wildfire continues to burn strong along the ridges of the Coronado National Forest in southern Arizona’s rural Santa Cruz County, near the border with Mexico. The fire is five miles east of the Nogales, Arizona, airport, which serves a community of about 21,000.
The blaze started on Friday, May 17, just before midnight. Investigators are still working, but they believe it’s likely that human activity started this fire. A pack of corn tortillas was found near the start of the blaze.
The Soldier Basin wildfire was most likely started by illegal aliens. In an ironic twist, many of them then “contract” as fire fighters as cities become desperate to contain the blaze. Many can earn over 100,000 dollars in just a few weeks.
Two years ago the Monument Fire near my home almost destroyed the Coronado National Forest. Despite overwhelming evidence that the fire was started in Mexico by smugglers, the Forest Service claimed it started in the U.S.
Devastating fires are just another cost of the failure of government to stop illegal dross-border traffic. And, despite the fact that huge areas of habitat are being lost, the Sierra Club has joined with our corrupt government to oppose efforts to secure the border.

Schmidt chuckles. (The Turing test is when you can’t tell if it’s human or a computer; Google Now is its “AI” system for telling you where to go.) He waffles a bit, talks about IBM’s Watson (which won Jeopardy) and suggests that could do it in five to 10 years.

Google recently hired Ray Kurzweil to work on its natural language processing after Kurzweil wrote a book summarizing the basics of different technologies which are over 20 years old while understanding or innovating in none of them. Why a summerizer is important or why they think that someone who can make a summary of old information is going to lead to breakthroughs is beyond the pale.

Sure, Kurzweil was a brilliant engineer making chips and circuits and the K250 and musicial instruments which was sold to Young Chang, but now hes just an old fuddy duddy who doesn’t do much cept eat danish. This is the guy to lead us into the star trek age? NOT!

Worse, his book cites genetic programming and neural networks in the most simplistic way with little insights into what is actually required, its almost as embarrasing as Hinton giving a Ted talk rehashing the same research he’s been doing for over 20 years.

Ray, give us more musical instruments, leave the software and neural networks to the real geniuses of this age, your time has passed.

Eric Holder admitted in congressional testimony that he has committed murder four times now, killing American citizens.

Representative Issa commented “We were going to push him on fast and furious, Benghazi, the IRS Scandal, but man not now this guy is dope! It’s just not worth it”

Would Holder stop at a congressman? How about a senator? In fact there’s nothing at all stopping Holder from deep sixin the pres if he wanted to. And that’s just the problem, with every upper member of Obama’s regime with their own personal drone how long before they all attack each other and thats the end of it?

Most members of congress had a hard time interviewing the man who would “Drone their ass” if they pushed too hard. One recent interview went like this:

“Did you Eric Holder know anything about the Fas….”

“YOU wanna drone up your ass? Cause I’ve used em befo and I’ll use em again!”

Holder writes “Such considerations allow for the use of lethal force in a foreign country against an operational leader of al-ciadah.”

Since Hillary Clinton managed al-ciaduh and led attacks against Americans in Benghazi, does this mean that now she is a target?
