Dear Dr. Paul,

I wanted to talk to you about two policies that have severely damaged our economy especially for software engineers. I hope you will add fixing them to your presidential platform. First, the change in bankruptcy laws now makes entrepreneurs who try to borrow funds to start a new company LIABLE even for the rest of their life even if they declare bankruptcy. This has stopped many new companies from forming especially as venture capital has become tight. This has stopped new jobs from being created. There needs to be an exception to this for entrepreneurs starting new companies up to 1 million dollars.

Secondly, the H-1B visa has resulted in the DEATHS of America’s best and brightest engineers. Yes, death by suicide. There are four million technology jobs in America and probably less than 2 million software engineering positions in the country. Yet we have imported over THREE MILLION foreign workers, mostly from India, to replace our American engineers and throw them in the streets. Many of these foreign fraudsters have fake degrees and fake resumes and THREE GAO investigations found huge levels of fraud. Yet even in 2007, 2008, and 2009 we approved over 300,000 new visas each year during our economic contraction. That means, each visa was essentially throwing an American INTO THE STREET. This is NOT the american way. 75% unemployment for our BEST and BRIGHTEST is no way to run a country.

I was watching a promotional video from Porsche car company. It said “In Germany, our engineers are precious”. Its no wonder they are the leading exporting country! And its no wonder America is doing so poorly.

Finally education. Everyone has the solution to education wrong. The sad truth is growing numbers of rowdy violent and distracting blacks combined with huge numbers of hispanics – the majority of both groups having a low opinion of education – have destroyed the public schools for everyone. We need to have each school district offer 3 or 4 highschools sorted by MERIT. One for the college bound gifted, one for the upper achievers, one for the average or special learners which can be more vocational based, and one for the troublemakers and malcontents. Germany as well offers both a vocational track as well as a college track for students. Not everyone is destined to learn from Thucydides. This is egalitarianism in action – everyone having an equal chance. No child left behind is just the opposite – our best and brightest minds destroyed while all the resources go to the lowest achievers. This emphasis on multiple schools by ability target will return a quality education program – both for high achieving blacks and hispanics as well as whites. And no longer will they have to contend with the violence and horror that goes on in todays schools. This is a much better solution than no child left behind. And it can be left to the states to decide exaclty what criteria to set but it will be shown to be a success by those that embrace it.

Finally, on immigration in general, we have now reached a majority of non-white births in this country. Worse we are on course to reach 500 million americans by 2050. This cannot continue. Importing a hoard of Low IQ welfare recipients is not the way to improve the country. We need to immediately move to a points based merit system for immigration limited to 20 thousand people annually, end the green card lottery, abolish the H-1B and H-2b, set up a program for 6 month visas for farm workers (then return home), and ENFORCE the laws for perjury on the w-4 form and in presenting false ID. An immigrant who sneak in, lies on the w-4 form, uses a false social security number, and lies on their drivers license application should not be treated as if they committed a misdemenor.

Finally, the move to set up state banks following the North Dakota model. One reason the economy is NOT improving is because all the money printing is going into bankers coffers and billionaires bank accounts offshore. We need to inject money directly for the people, through loans from the state banks. This will support entrepreneurship, job creation, and a renewed america. If we add Tariffs for countrys which employ slave labor – china, india, phillipines – we can re-balance our trade and keep our dollar supply STABLE within America rather than dollars only coming back when Chinese sovereign trust funds start buying up our roads and bridges. Allowing each American citizen to receive up to 20,000 greenbacks a year, redeemable in GOLD, would return us to a savings platform without debt issued money.

Lets talk about welfare. 80% of it ends up in bureaucratic salaries and overhead. Why not just issue 10,000 greenbacks each year to each American CITIZEN over 21 who requests them. Inflation will reset monetary value fairly for everyone. There will be less incentive to be lazy or to have 8 kids as a professional welfare hack. Many of the Somali refugees and Hispanic illegals use a tactic of not registering their marriage (or even multiple wives) while each wife receives a welfare check and section 8 housing for each kid. Section 8 housing is another thing that must be gotten rid of. Welfare families should not be living in better housing than hard working college educated Americans, but I can tell you that’s the situation in California. Why am I a texan living in overpriced crazy California? Because that’s how bad the economy is for ivy league educated genius level software engineers.

While you are at it, abolishing the IRS and the FED and the TSA would be a good step to returning us to a free nation. And property tax. get rid of it. Let us own property again. Tax me when I’m dead I promise not to complain then.
